Do you have a CAMI NYC retail store?
No, CAMI NYC does not have its own flagship retail store. However, we are sold at many retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
How do the camisoles fit?
At CAMI NYC, each style fits slightly different. Please see our size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit! You can also try our size recommender. If you have specific questions about the fit of a style, please email our style team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do you place an order?
After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to review your cart (available on the top right corner on any page). Here, you can see which items you have chosen, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. After you have reviewed your shopping cart, you may either continue to shop or proceed to check out and place your order.
Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to update or make any changes to an order once the order has been placed. Please make sure that the styles, sizes, colors, shipping address, billing address, email address, and preferred shipping method are correct before checking out as we will not be able to make changes to your order after it is placed. In addition, please note that we cannot change or update the payment method once your order is placed.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting customer service. Please note, due to high volume and time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships and that the order will be cancelled.
Please note that all requests will be reviewed and responded to within 1-2 business days, Saturday and Sunday excluded.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping for all orders $100 or more before taxes throughout the U.S! If your order is below $100 before taxes, shipping rates apply.
Shipping is offered for international customers at costs subject to destination. To learn more, click here.
Please note that we cannot update the shipping method or address after an order is placed. If an address is submitted incorrectly, CAMI NYC is not responsible. We recommend reaching out to the courier service to redirect the package.
What is your return policy?
CAMI NYC accepts all full priced merchandise for a refund or exchange within 20 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unused with original tags and in the original packaging. Customers are provided 7 days to ship back their returns after the return has been initiated and the shipping label has been provided. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order.
Sale items (found here) discounted at 40% and over the original price are final sale. All sale items discounted under 40% are eligible for return within our regular return policy.

What is your exchange policy?
At CAMI NYC we understand that everyone is shaped differently. Therefore, there is no charge to exchange items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability and only available to US customers. We currently only offer exchanges for the same style/color. For more information, click here.
Does CAMI NYC ship internationally?
CAMI NYC offers international shipping at costs subject to destination. International shipments will arrive within 6-10 business days.
All orders shipping to Canada and Mexico will be charged a $25 shipping fee. All other countries will be charged a $45 shipping fee. For a full list of countries we ship to please click here.
Please note that Cami NYC is not responsible for duty charges incurred upon delivery. Any duty charges shall be paid upon delivery of goods, as these charges are not included in the original total of your order. For more information, click here.
When will my package arrive?
All packages leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Depending on your selected shipping service and your location your package should arrive between 3-5 business days. During promotional period and holiday season, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number and can track the journey of your new CAMI styles.
I paid for expedited shipping. How long does will it take to ship?
Overnight orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
My package says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
Please reach out to our customer service team via email at email@example.com if you believe your package is lost/stolen. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note shipping claims can take up to 20 days to process. CAMI NYC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
Can I return sale merchandise?

Do you offer price adjustments?
We are happy to offer price adjustments for products discounted within a 3-day time period. Beyond the 3-day window, we are unable to provide price adjustments.
I haven't received my welcome discount code. When will I receive it?
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the welcome discount code. If you have not received the code, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check your spam/junk folder, as this email may be sent there.
What is the difference between your regular silk and charmeuse silk?
All our silks are sourced globally and are of the highest quality. Both are smooth and soft with a delicate feel. Our silk charmeuse, sometimes referred to as ‘liquid silk’, has a shinier finish than our regular silk, which has a more matte finish.
How do I remove the wrinkles from my garment?
Due to the nature of our delicate silk, your garment may arrive with wrinkles while in transit. These wrinkles are easy to remove with any handheld steamer. Don't have a steamer? You can also run a hot shower and the steam will soften the wrinkles.
When will a certain style be back in stock?
Subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date on when certain styles are back in stock. Additionally you can sign up for Back In Stock emails directly on the product page for the style and size you are after. Some styles may also be available on pre-order. In that case, when you add the style to your cart, the product page will inform you of the ship date.
