Do you have a Cami NYC retail store? 

No, Cami NYC does not have its own flagship retail store; however, you can browse our stockist page to find a retailer near you. 

How do the camis fit?

At Cami NYC, each style fits slightly different to ensure that most women can wear them. Please see our Fit Guide for each product. If you have specific questions about the fit of a Cami, please email our style team at info@caminyc.com.

How do you place an order?

After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to review it.  Here, you can see which items you have chosen, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  After you have reviewed your shopping cart, you may either continue to shop or proceed to check out and place your order.

What is your shipping policy?

Cami NYC if proud to offer free shipping for all orders $120 and up before taxes throughout the U.S. If your order is below $120 before taxes shipping rates apply. Free shipping is offered for international orders of $250 and up before taxes. To learn more, click here.  

What is your return policy?

Cami NYC accepts all merchandise in its original unworn condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns within the U.S are free. Please email returns@caminyc.com with the reason for your return or exchange and we will send you a shipping label. For more information, click here.

Does Cami NYC ship internationally?

Cami NYC offers free international shipping for orders $250+ before taxes. Free shipments will arrive within 6-10 business days.
If you would like expedited shipping to receive your order within 3-5 business days, there is a $43 shipping charge.
For Canadian customers, you will be charged $20 for shipping on orders under $250 and your order will arrive within 5-10 business days.
For all other countries you will be charged $22 and your order will arrive in 10-14 business days for orders under $250.  

Please note that any duty charges shall be paid upon delivery of goods, as these charges are not included in the original total of your order. For more information, click here.

When will my package arrive?

All packages leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Depending on your selected shipping service and your location your package should arrive between 3-12 business days. You will also receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email and can track the journey of your new cami!

Can I return sale merchandise?

All sales and promotions are final sale. Anytime a promocode is used on the site to make a purchase, except for the 10% off newsletter signup discount, the order is treated as a final sale purchase.

What is the difference between your regular silk and charmeuse silk?

All our silks are sourced globally and are of the highest quality. Both are smooth and soft with a delicate feel. Our silk charmeuse, sometimes referred to as ‘liquid silk’ has a shinier finish than our regular silk, which has a more matte finish.

When will a certain style be back in stock?

Follow our newsletter to keep up to date on when certain styles are back in stock. Some styles may also be available on pre-order. In that case, when you add the style to your cart, the product page will inform you of the ship date.

How does your loyalty program work?

When you make a purchase on caminyc.com and create an account, you will automatically start to collect points. For every $1 you spend, you will earn 1 point. You will get 10% off just by signing up here
