U.S Return and Exchange Policy

Cami NYC accepts all merchandise in its original unworn condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 30 days of purchase.



How to return or exchange 

1. Please send an email to returns@caminyc.com with your order number, explaining your reason for return or exchange. Once your return or exchange has been approved we will send you a return label via email.
2. Print out the return label and repackage your merchandise with all original packaging and tags.
3. Make a quick trip to your local UPS to ship your package.
4. Once we receive your item at Cami NYC HQ, we will issue your full refund, less all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

**Please note: all sale items are final sale.



Exchanging a size?

Here at Cami NYC we understand that everyone is shaped differently. Therefore, there is no charge to exchange items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability.
If an exchange is made, the shipping is free of charge. However, if you are based outside the US, you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

**Please note: return shipping for exchanges on sale items is to be paid by the customer.



Sales and Promotion Returns and Exchange Policy

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be refunded. Sale items are considered any products in the sale section or any item purchased using a discount code or promo code.
Cami NYC allows returns and exchanges for any products purchased using the newsletter sign up discount code or Cami Crew loyalty point purchases.  
Sale items or discount code items may be exchanged for a different size, pending stock availability. However, shipping and return shipping for final sale order exchanges will be at the customer's expense.



Late Returns

Your Cami(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of requesting your return. Please let us know when the item has been shipped and the tracking number (if applicable). If a return is past this timeframe, you will only be refunded with store credit.



Receiving your refund

Your refund will credited to your original form of payment. Sales tax for U.S and Canadian orders will be refunded. However, Canadian customs and duties will not be refunded by CAMI NYC. If you contact your local customs bureau, you may be able to recoup some of your fees. 

**Please note: credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. 


International Return and Exchange Policy



How to Return or Exchange

Cami NYC accepts all returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Send an email to returns@caminyc.com explaining the issue. Once we approve your return, please ship back your order with the courier of your choice and let us know your return or exchange is on its way, with your tracking number (if applicable).
International return and exchange shipping is to be paid by the customer. Once we receive your order back at CAMI NYC warehouses, we will issue you a refund or exchange. If your order is not received within 30 days of us approving your return or exchange, only store credit will be issued once the item is received back at CAMI NYC warehouses.
