CAMI NYC offers complimentary returns for a refund or exchange within 20 days from the delivery date on all purchases excluding Final Sale items.
Merchandise being returned must be unused and unworn with original tags and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order.

Enter the email associated with your order, or click "Start with order number" and enter in your CAMI NYC order number. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the return reason. Once you have completed the online return form, you will receive a complimentary return shipping label.
Customers are provided 7 days to drop off their return. Past 7 days, we can no longer provide a return for a refund.

Enter the email associated with your order, or click "Start with order number" and enter in your CAMI NYC order number. Select the item(s) you wish to exchange and the desired replacement size. Please note: you will not be able to select a size if it is out of stock. Once you have completed the online exchange form, you will receive a complimentary return shipping label.
Customers are provided 7 days to drop off their exchange. Once the return has been scanned in transit, your exchange order will be initiated and shipped.
Please note that we currently only accept exchanges for size of the same style/color.

All gift orders will be eligible to return for store credit in the form of a gift card. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email with the store credit code. Please keep this code in your records, as it will not be associated to an account.
Our return window and policy is the same for all purchases, including gift orders.
Please note: we do not offer exchanges for gift returns, only returns for online store credit.

1. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the style(s) you would like to return, and the reason for return.
2. Once your return has been approved, please ship back your order with the courier of your choice and let us know that your return is on its way with your tracking number.
3. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment – less all applicable taxes/duties and shipping fees.
All sale styles discounted 40% or greater off of the original price are Final Sale. They are not eligible for a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Final Sale messaging can be found on the product page, in the cart page, and during checkout. Emailed receipts will also include Final Sale messaging where applicable.

Sale items are considered any product in the sale section or any item with a discounted sales price.
Once your return has been delivered to CAMI warehouses, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. Once processed, your refund will be issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Please note: dependent on the bank/credit card provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.
Any order that exceeds 20 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return through our returns center.
