United States

Free ground shipping for all US orders over $100

Enjoy free shipping across the United States on all orders of $100 or more before tax.
All orders below $100 before tax will be charged a $9 shipping fee for FedEx Ground shipping.
All FedEx Ground orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and will be received within 3-7 business days (depending on location).
During promotional period, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
All orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day.

International

Free international shipping over $250

Any full priced item(s) purchased from 11/25/19 to 12/22/19 will be eligible to initiate a return for a refund or exchange until 1/13/2020.
Full priced items purchased using a discount/promotional code are eligible for return. This includes Black Friday promotional sale.
Styles in the sale section are final sale and therefore are not eligible for a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions.
We will not be accepting late returns for orders placed from 11/25/19 to 12/22/19. All returns must be initiated during the return window to be eligible for a return for a refund or exchange.

U.S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Cami NYC accepts all full priced merchandise for a refund or exchange within 20 days from ship date.
All merchandise must be unused and unworn with original tags, packaging, and accompanied by the sale confirmation.
Returns that exceed the return policy will be issued a store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Cami NYC accepts all merchandise for a refund 14 days from date of delivery. All merchandise must be unused and unworn with original tags, packaging, and accompanied by the sale confirmation.
If you wish to exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order.
Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for international returns and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Our returns team will provide you with the return address.
