Cami NYC is looking for a extremely organized self starter to join the growing eCommerce team. The eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for overall maintenance of through merchandising, inventory management, customer relation, regular reporting as well as support on all digital marketing activities.



  1. Uploads new products and collections to website.
  • Ensure all information is gathered and upload correctly
  • Write product descriptions
  • upload product photography and supporting model/blogger imagery
  • Manage site inventory
  • Track new inventory/ replenishments coming in
  • Keep track of back-ordered/pre-order products and outstanding orders
  • Manage out of stock inventory on site
  • Keep track of products that being discontinued
  • Update inventory regularly on site according to wholesale shipment
  • Ensure fulfillment and inventory for affiliate partners

  • Amazon


  1. Prepare website for sales and promotions;
  • Create promo codes
  • Mark down items
  • Create sales categories
  • Re-merchandise categories
  • Merchandise categories bi-weekly
  • Update “You May Also Like” for new products and any products that need a refresh
  • Audit site regularly for any missing products, product descriptions, out of stock products, glitches etc.



  1. Manage shoppable Instagram account
  2. Audit site for any missing, out of stock or pre-order products that need updating
  3. Look for opportunities for optimization on the website


  1. Top and bottom sellers report
  2. Weekly email marketing reporting
  3. Weekly sales analysis tracking


  1. Work on Blogger gifting program
  2. Manage loyalty program
  3. Work with Creative Director on photoshoots
  4. Collaborate with Digital team on weekly email marketing and all marketing initiatives.


  1. Main point of contact for all customer service inquiries
  2. Is available online for customer chats Monday-Friday
  3. Picks and packs all eCommerce orders to customers
  4. Manages and tracks all returns and exchanges


  • BA or BS degree or equivalent required
  • Must have 1+ years experience in website merchandising and/or digital marketing; 1+ years of customer service experience in an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience/familiarity with Shopify is an asset
  • Analytical mindset; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exception written communication skills (copywriting experience is a plus)
  • Self motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business objectives
